These Terms form the agreement between you and Detoxmystrengthi when you browse https://detoxmystrengthi.world/, download samples, join waitlists, or use other self-serve features. Custom statements of work, enterprise orders, and workshop contracts add their own exhibits; where those exhibits conflict, the signed order wins for that transaction only.
Who is bound
“We”, “us”, and “our” mean Detoxmystrengthi, operating from Vesterbrogade 6C, 1620 København, Denmark. “You” may be a natural person visiting in your own capacity or an employee acting on behalf of an organization with authority to bind it. Tools on this site are meant for adults; by continuing you confirm you meet the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
Limited right
We grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access public HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and inline media solely to educate yourself about stress balance programming topics. You may cache pages in your browser normally. Anything beyond personal reading—such as bulk downloading assets, building derivative data sets, or training machine learning models on our prose without a license—requires written permission.
Safety rails
You will not attempt to bypass authentication, inject code, probe undocumented APIs, overload infrastructure, harvest staff contact details to harass individuals, impersonate regulators, or upload malware disguised as résumés. Commercial scraping that displaces our bandwidth may trigger rate limiting or legal notice. Political campaigning, unsolicited multi-level marketing, or cryptocurrency solicitations through our forms violates these Terms.

If we add logins later
Future portals may require unique credentials. You must safeguard passwords, enable multi-factor authentication when offered, and notify us if workforce changes mean a colleague should lose access. Email remains an informal channel; binding approvals still require countersigned documents or tracked ticketing numbers we publish in your workspace guidelines.
Creative assets
Unless marked otherwise, typography pairings, background gradients, diagrams you download under a paid license, workshop slide decks, and article prose belong to Detoxmystrengthi or its licensors. Remix Icon glyphs remain under their open license. Feedback you volunteer may be incorporated into products without owing you royalties unless a separate invention assignment specifies cash consideration.
Outside the perimeter
Embedded maps, fonts, analytics after consent, or payment widgets follow the vendor’s terms. Hyperlinks out to research papers are selected carefully but we do not control third-party updates. If a destination page disappears, tell us so we can refresh citations.
Plain risk talk
The site shares generalized education about routines and planning; it does not promise stress reduction outcomes, clinical improvements, workforce productivity metrics, or regulatory compliance in your sector. Materials may contain inadvertent typos; charts may round numbers for readability.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent Danish law permits while respecting non-waivable consumer warranties.
Caps
Except where prohibited, our total liability for losses arising from informational site use or free interactions is limited to one hundred euros or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, lost goodwill, or missed business opportunities unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct proved in court.
If third parties complain
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, infringement allegedly caused by content you upload without rights, or breach of corporate policies your employer imposes on you. We may assume exclusive defense at our discretion once we notify you in writing.
When plans halt
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet backbone failures, widespread power outages, pandemic travel bans, strikes, or governmental orders. Affected timelines shift day-for-day after the hindrance ends and both sides cooperate on alternate schedules.
Courts and ADR
These Terms follow substantive laws of Denmark without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Courts in Copenhagen have jurisdiction unless a written transaction document designates arbitration under DIF rules or another mutually approved forum. You may still pursue small claims in your locality when statutes permit.
Housekeeping
If a clause is deemed invalid, the remainder survives. Failure to enforce promptly does not waive future enforcement. These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement for gratuitous site access. Assignment by us to an affiliate or buyer of assets is allowed with notice; you may not assign without consent. Electronic notices satisfy writing requirements when sent to the email you last provided.
